The Method I Work With

Tijana Vuković’s therapeutic work is based on an integrative approach that brings together insights from psychotherapy, systemic constellations, and cultural–socioanthropological research. The foundation of this work lies in the understanding that our inner experiences and behavioral patterns are shaped not only by personal biography, but also through the familial, social, and cultural contexts that influence us more deeply than we are often aware.

This method connects the inner dynamics of the individual with broader systemic and collective layers — those belonging to family, ancestors, community, and historical experience. Through a carefully guided process, the intertwined places of personal and collective stories begin to reveal themselves: where we carry what is not ours, where we repeat what was started before us, and where we can open space for our own life flow.

This way of working seeks not only understanding but wholeness — an encounter with oneself, with others, and with the world beyond the boundaries of individual experience. In that space, insight, presence, and silence become guides toward a healing that embraces both the personal and the collective.
