Group Sessions
Group sessions create a space where personal experiences can be seen within a shared field. Through the presence of others, what was once unspoken or hidden begins to take form, and individual stories reveal their place within a wider context — familial, social, or collective. In this shared space, each experience is witnessed not only as personal, but as part of a larger fabric to which we all belong.
This work often unfolds through systemic constellations, where relationships and dynamics are placed into space to illuminate patterns that act beneath awareness. The process is guided not by analysis, but by experience — through body, emotion, and movement — allowing deep insights and shifts that cannot be reached by the mind alone.
Group sessions offer the possibility of witnessing others and being witnessed in return. Within that mutuality, a space opens for recognition, understanding, and reconciliation — with oneself and with the larger system one is part of.
